Publix invites the customers to take about 10 minutes of their time and complete a Publix Customer Satisfaction Survey. Throughout the survey, the entrants will be asked several questions regarding the Publix where they got the survey invitation. Individual answers will be kept confidential and the responses will be reported as totals to understand the customers’ needs and achieve the survey goal. Publix Customer Survey Sweepstakes Rules & Requirements
In order to participate in the Publix Customer Voice Survey Sweepstakes Contest, you must be an eligible individual who has the following requisites.
- Must be a legal United States resident living the Promotion Area.
- Must be 18 years or above the age of majority in your state of residence.
- Must not be an employee of Publix, any other entity directly in the promotion and the members of your immediate families and the household.
- We need to visit a participating Publix location and receive a cash register receipt with a survey invitation on it.
Publix Customer Experience Sweepstakes Entry
There have two ways for an eligible customer to enter Publix Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes- Online and by Mail. For online, you must have a valid Publix purchase receipt with a survey entry code and for mail-in entry, you do not need to maintain any such criteria. However, you can use any of the methods at your convenience.
Online Entry
- To begin Publix Customer Satisfaction Survey, visit the survey URL on your itemized receipt or access www.publixsurvey.com.
- Navigate to the bottom and click on the “START THE SURVEY” button from the lower left-hand side of the page.
- Enter the 4-digit Store Number located at the end of the sweepstakes invitation on the front of your Publix receipt.
- Next, enter the Survey Code which is a 16-digit Number found directly below the store number
- Then input the Timestamp found to the right of the Date at the bottom of the receipt in the ’00:00’ format.
- Click on the “next” button to start responding to the survey questionnaire to the best of your knowledge.
A sample receipt image indicating all those required details will also be posted below the entry section in the middle of the page to help if you still have any problem to locate. When complete, fill out an official entry form for the sweepstakes entry.
Mail-In Entry
To enter the sweepstakes without making any purchase or completing the survey, use the Publix Customer Voice Survey Sweepstakes Mail-In Entry method. For that, you need to handprint or type your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a sheet of paper or index card and mail it to the following address.

A Few Important Notes on Publix Listens Rewards
- Entries will not be accepted by any other method except for these two.
- Regardless of entry method, all the participants are allowed to enter once per quarter.
- All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last date of this year.
- All entrants must include a working day time phone number or valid email address for the entry of the drawing contest.
- The potential winners will be notified by about his or her entry form.
- The winners must respond within 3 business days and complete all the documentation no later than 10 days after initial notification.
