In case you do not have the survey code, you have to enter 7 digit KFC store number, Date of visit, Time of Visit, Ticket number from your purchase receipt.
Then answer all survey questions at the survey portal based on your recent purchase experience.
Write down the validation code which you will receive at the end of the survey.
You have to produce this validation code and KFC receipt to any participating KFC restaurant to avail free food.
