What You Need to Know about H-E-B Customer Survey Sweepstakes:

One person can take a maximum of one survey or mail-in entry every day for one unique email address or phone number.
60 random drawing will be held within a week of the 13th day of each monthly period from all valid entries received by the previous day.
Entries are not eligible for more than 1 monthly drawing.
Within 10 days of the drawing, the winners will be contacted by telephone or email.
