- You have to make a purchase from a participating store and take a hold of your receipt.
- There will be an 18 or 19 Digit survey code printed on your receipt.

- You will get a few survey questions in the survey portal. You have to answer all the survey questions there based on your experience.
- After submitting, you will get an entry to the Burlington sweepstakes.
- E-Mail-In Entry:
- You don’t need to make a purchase in this survey procedure.
- You will need to provide the following info in the e-mail:-
- Complete Name
- Address
- Telephone Number
- The subject of this e-mail shall be “Burlington Stores Survey Sweepstakes Entry”.
- You will send this e-mail at Stores@Burlington.com
- The e-mail can be sent any time during a month.
About the Burlington Feedback Entry period and Lucky Draw –
Burlington Feedback Entry period starts from 2nd July of each year and ends on 30th June of the following calendar year. Each entry period has a duration of 1 Month so overall there are 12 entry periods during which 12 monthly random drawings will take place. Unsuccessful entries will not be carried over for the next entry period.
Prizes to be Won:
1 winner will be selected from each monthly entry period through random drawings which means there will be a total of 12 winners for the entire sweepstakes period. Monthly Prize is $1,000 in Burlington gift cards which you can use in the following locations:-

How the winners will be selected –
Winners will be chosen through a random draw from all timely entries received during one promotional period. Overall there will be 12 winners.There is a limit of 1 prize for each household.
How the Winners will be notified –
- Winners of Burlington sweepstakes will be notified via E-Mail and US Mail.
- Winners have to provide a Declaration of Compliance within 5 days of notification.
- If any winner does not respond to initial notification within the allotted 5days time, will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.
- In alternate, a winner will be chosen from the remaining eligible entries.
- The winner has to be passed a time-limited test of mathematical skills via telephone if the winner is a resident of Canada.
