The RONA customers, who want to take part in the RONA Customer Satisfaction Survey and enter the applicable monthly drawing contest, need to fulfill some certain requirements to be eligible for the survey as well as the sweepstakes. Here is a list of such important rules that you must abide by to do that.
- Must be a legal resident of Canada and have reached the age of majority in the respective province or territory.
- Employees, agents, and representatives of RONA and its parents, subsidiaries, associates and their family members or people residing at the same address cannot take part in the survey as well as sweepstakes.
- Must obtain a valid and recent RONA receipt with a survey invitation and ‘Access Code’ from a representative of a participating RONA or Reno-Depot or TOTEM store.
- Must complete the survey by the date mentioned on your receipt.

The RONA Customer Satisfaction Survey can be taken only over the web. There is no alternative way you can take to enter the RONA Monthly Draw Contest apart from online. So, if you are an eligible customer to take the survey, you may follow the steps provided below
- Visit www.opinion.rona.ca
- Click your preferred language to continue the survey process
- Enter the access code located at the bottom of your RONA receipt. (Can’t find it? Click the mouse pointer on “Click here for an example” link above the ‘Access code’ to see the location of the number on your receipt).
- Click the “Next” button to proceed.
- Answer the survey questionnaire and complete all the mandatory fields to be eligible for the current monthly drawing.
Important Information about RONA Survey & Sweepstakes
- Each person, household, group or organization is allowed to take two surveys per calendar month.
- Total twelve people will be declared the winners for the entire duration of the Sweepstakes Period and one grand prize will be awarded in each period.
- Each of the prizes will be given in the form of a $1000 RONA gift card. The total value of all prizes awarded in the sweepstakes is $12,000.
- The gift cards are redeemable at any participating RONA, Reno-Depot or TOTEM Store.
- The winners will be notified by the contest organizers via e-mail or telephone within ten days of the drawing dates.
