Tennessee Early Intervention System (TEIS) provides a data system portal called Tennessee Early Intervention Data System or TEIDS for the authorized member to view and manage their services online. TEIDS Login Portal is designed by Yahasoft Inc., an information technology solution company. It offers web-based and client-server software applications for government agencies as well as public and private organizations.
TEIS is a voluntary education program of The Tennessee Department of Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (DIDD), a state agency. It serves the Tennesseans with developmental and intellectual disabilities by providing required administering support. Tennessee Early Intervention System is a part of DIDD and is governed by the IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act). TEIS is created to help the children of Tennessee with developmental disabilities and their families access all the resources to reach those kids’ optimal development and make them social and independent as well.
TEIDS Login Process Online:
If you are a Tennessean who has an eligible disabled child and is a member of the Tennessee Early Intervention System or TEIS, the Tennessee Early Intervention Data System or TEIDS is for you. The required login information to access the TEIDS portal has provided to you earlier by the Tennessee Early Intervention System. Here is a brief login guide is given to help you enter into your TEIDS Online Account.
- Visit the TEIDS Tennessee Early Intervention Data System by Yahasoft portal at www.teids.org/teids
- Enter your TEIDS Account UserName and Password in their specific fields in the middle of the page.
- Click the “Submit” button to get into your account.
Once logged in to your TEIDS Online Account, you can access your child’s information, reports, related data, plan, program, payment policy, and more.
Note your activities in the TEIDS portal can audit, monitored, or recorded. Any unauthorized access to this system and its content will be considered a violation of the Computer Crimes Act.
How to Recover TEIDS Login Account:
TEIDS Online Account can be logged in conveniently 24 hours a day 7 days a week from anywhere in the world over the web. But unfortunately, there is still no online self-service option provided in the TEIDS portal to retrieve the username or reset the password. If you forgot your TEIDS Online Account login credentials; contact the Tennessee Early Intervention System and request your TEIDS account online login recovery.
Plus, to keep your TEIDS Online Account active, you must change the password at a regular interval, at least once every 90 days. Also, set a complex password for your TEIDS Online Account Login.

- The Tennessee Early Intervention System plan is for children aged between birth and 3 years and diagnosed with certain disabilities or significant delays in some developmental areas. (25% delay in 2 developmental areas and 40% delay in one)
- The information from the child’s doctor and developmental evaluation results will determine his/her eligibility to get TEIS service
- Family members, doctors, or anyone can refer a child to TEIS for his/her optimal development. For referring, call (800) 852-7157 over the phone or submit an online TEIS Referral Form.
- A developmental evaluation will be set up at the local TEIS office after the referral
- After the child qualifies for TEIS, an individualized family service plan will be developed to provide adequate support for his/her optimal development.
- The individualized family service plan also helps the family members to understand their child and how to support or guide them
