To serve the existing customers better and to improve their services towards the non-customers, Big Lots these days conducts a Customer Satisfaction Survey called Big Lots Survey. If you participate in this survey, you will get an entry to Big Lots’ sweepstakes and can win a $300 Big Lots Gift Card every 3 months.
Eligibility Criteria for Big Lots Customer Survey
- Age limit is minimum 18 for participation.
- Eligible countries for participation are –America and the District of Columbia.
- The employees, any subsidiaries or affiliates are strictly not allowed to participate in this survey.
Rules to Take Big Lots Feedback Survey
- No purchase is required to participate in the Sweepstakes Contest (Through Mail Entry). The purchase will also not increase your chance of winning.
- Entry per person per day is 1 regardless of entry method.
- The survey is not available for residents of Puerto Rico.
- The survey will be available in English and Spanish Language only.
How to Take Big Lots Customer Survey
BigLots Survey has two different methods to participate – Enter with purchase and Enter without purchase.
- To use the online entry method, you have to make a purchase at a Big Lots participating shop and held onto your receipt.
- You have to go online to biglots.com/survey
- Choose your preferred language to continue.
- Now you have to choose any options.
- If you choose to participate through purchase receipt, then enter the transaction number, store number and date of your visit. You will get all the details in your receipt.
- Then click on “Next” to continue.
- Or, if you want to participate without a purchase receipt, then click on the alternative link provided on the survey page, here you have to enter the state, city, and location of the store. Do follow the sample image posted on that page.
- Then, click on the “Next” button.
- There you have to answer all questions based on your last shopping experience.
After completion, you will be entered into the sweepstakes of Big Lots Survey.
BigLots Survey Mail-in Entry
- Please write down the following on a piece of paper –
“Please enter me in the Empathica Daily Sweepstakes for a chance to win one (1) Daily Prize”
- You also have to write down your email, the name of a participating client, and mail that paper to the following address:

- By following this process you will get entered directly to the sweepstakes.
- Entry per person per day is 1.
- You have to send each mail entry separately in a separate envelope.

Rewards for Participating in the Big Lots Sweepstakes
One Grand Prize will be awarded for each Quarterly Survey during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Get a chance to win $1000 Big Lots gift cards.
Prize Rules for the Survey:
- In each quarterly survey period i.e. in every 3 months, 1 grand prize will be awarded.
- There is a limit of 1 grand prize per person per sweepstakes period.
- The winner will receive a gift card within 4 weeks of the lucky draw through the mail to the address provided on the Winner’s entry form.
- The prize will be non-transferable and non-assignable.
- You cannot redeem the gift card for cash
- Winner’s name, likeness, etc could be used for promotional purposes except where it will be prohibited by law.
- Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with a gift
Winners Selection:
Winners will be selected through a random draw which will be conducted on within each quarterly entry period. The decision taken during the draw will be legally binding and final.
