- Need to make a qualifying purchase there to receive a valid purchase receipt inviting you to take the Culver’s Survey online.
- Must not be an employee of Culver Franchising System and SMG and their associated agencies or his/her immediate family member.
- You must complete the TellCulvers Survey within the days mentioned on your Culvers receipt.
How to Complete Culvers Survey Online
If you are an eligible customer having all the requisites mentioned above, you can use the steps listed below to take the Tell Culvers Survey over the internet.
- Visit the Culver’s Official Survey site on your survey invitation or go to www.tellculvers.com
- Enter the 18-digit Survey Code and TRN Number in their respective fields from your receipt. (Look at the sample receipt image indicating where you need to find the information on your original Culver’s receipt if you have a problem locating them)
- Click the “Start” button to proceed.
- And if you don’t have a survey code then click on the link in blue.
- Then provide Culver’s number, Date and Time, Order Id from your receipt.
- And click on “Start”.
- Respond to the survey questionnaire and rate your satisfaction as per your experience with Culver’s
- Follow the prompts and submit the required details.
When you complete all the process successfully, a Validation Code will appear on your screen. You must note or write down the code before closing the window as it will only available on that page at that time.
Rewards of Culver’s Survey
- The Offer Code of Tell Culvers Survey expires after certain dates. make sure, you redeem the offer before the Expiry Date.
