- Now enter “Register, “Transaction Number” followed by the store number. You will get all the details in your receipt. Do follow the sample image posted on the survey page.
- Then enter the amount of purchase, Time and Date of Visit then click on the Start button.
- There you have to answer all survey questions based on your last shopping experience.
- After completion, you will be entered into the sweepstakes of Big Lots Survey

Rules for Entry Without a Purchase–
There are two types of procedures for participation without a purchase –
- Enter Online With A Store Visit & No Purchase
- You have to visit a Big Lots location without making a purchase.

- Answer all the survey questions based on the recent visit experience.
- After completion of this procedure,you will be entered in the sweepstakes.
- Enter into the Big Lots Survey through the Mail-in Entry

Prize Rules for the Survey-
- In each quarterly survey period i.e. in every 3 months, 1 grand prize will be awarded.
- There is a limit of 1 grand prize per person per sweepstakes period.
- Winner will receive a gift card within 4 weeks of the lucky draw through the mail to the address provided on the Winner’s entry form.
- The prize will be non-transferable, non-assignable.
